WHY FAIL TO CONNECT THE BLUETOOTH

Reason ①: Unprepared printer 

Please turn on the printer and wait for it to nish the initializing process until you hear consecutive 3 beeps, then connect the Bluetooth. 

Reason ②: For Mac and Chromebook

Bluetooth does not support MacOs or Chrome OS, please use the USB cable to connect.

 

Reason ③: For Windows

(1) Check if your computer supports the Bluetooth function

(2) The driver hasn’t been installed successfully 

Remove the driver and the "E40 PRO" in the device list, and reinstall the driver via Bluetooth again.

 

Reason ④: For Smartphones

Please make sure the “Bluetooth Button” on your smartphone is on, and “Location Service” and “Tracking” is on .
